How do I Pay?
We accept PayPal, Venmo, cash, or credit card. To lock in a specific date and time, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% has to be paid before we depart on the day of (or anytime before then).
The price listed includes everything (no other hidden costs). We do have food and alcohol packages you can purchase. Tips are greatly appreciated.
All of our boats have a bathroom, music setup, and clean / comfortable layout. We include water in all of our cruises.
Parking is very limited on Harbor Island. We encourage all guests to take Ubers. There is a free parking lot that is a .4 mile walk from the marina or you can pay $10.
What About Dogs?
We love dogs at Chill Charters and they are allowed on the boat.
What Should I Bring?
Chill Charters provides water on every tour. You are able to bring additional drinks (including alcohol) and food. We also recommend bringing a light jacket.
How Do I Get There?
Our boat is located on Harbor Island. Once you make a reservation I will send you all the details for pickup and parking.
What if the Weather is Bad or the Boat is Broken?
In the unlikely event of cancellation by Chill Charters due to mechanical, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date and time. Otherwise, all monies will be refunded and this shall be the entire extent of compensation to the guest for such cancellation.
What if I Need to Cancel?
Full refund if cancelled 14 days in advance. 50% refund if cancelled less than 14 days before charter date.

We have two stand up paddle boards, a 6 ft x 6 ft tube, and a fishing pole that you can use during your charter free of charge.
